The online services provided by Beehive Networks Pte Ltd are subjected to the following notices, terms and conditions. Using this site signifies your acceptance of the Terms of Agreement ("Agreement"). The laws of Singapore shall govern all contractual issues.

This Contract of Sale between Beehive Networks Pte Ltd ("The Beehive"), a corporation, having its registered address at 10 Jalan Besar #10-03 Sim Lim Tower, Singapore 208787.

AND

The member, who registers with The Beehive and is identified by his email address and name ("Customer").

TERMS OF AGREEMENT

Acceptance of Terms of Sale

The Customer accepts the terms of sale and is bound to the terms of sale upon successful payment of the purchase. The contract of sale is thus dated and timed upon acceptance of payment.

Product & Service Offering

The Beehive offers the Customer the purchase of product items available at www.beehive.com.sg. The Customer agrees to pay The Beehive the total amount set forth in the contract of sale and any other mutually agreed charges. This should be paid in Singapore dollars.

The Beehive will provide the product items stated in the email order confirmation and deliver the items to intended delivery address as stipulated by the Customer.

Personal Information

The Customer agrees to provide true, accurate, current and complete information as requested in the online registration form. The Customer also agrees to ensure that personal information is updated to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.

The Customer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the login ID and password. The Customer is liable for the use of the account, whether it was authorised by the Customer himself or not.

The Beehive will not be liable for any damage or loss of any kind suffered by the Customer as a result of any unauthorised use of the Customer's login ID and password.

Suspension/Termination of Use

The Beehive reserves the right to suspend or terminate a CustomerÕs account without notice if the Customer is found to have provided inaccurate or incomplete registration information or if the Customer had violated any conditions in this contract. The Beehive has the sole right to determine violation of these rules and any decision it makes in relation to termination of CustomerÕs account shall be final.

Promotions

The Beehive may offer promotions on its products for specified durations. The Customer is bound to the additional terms and conditions that apply when participating in these promotions.

The Beehive may issue gift vouchers that are redeemable with online purchases. Acceptance of the gift voucher signifies that the Customer has accepted its conditions of use.

The Beehive reserves the right to declare any gift vouchers that has been misused void. It will retain the sole discretion on the decisions made on these e-vouchers.

Limitation of Liability

The liability of The Beehive, in any event for any claim under this Agreement whether arising out of breach of contract (including breach of warranty) or tort (including negligence and strict liability) shall in no event exceed the total amount actually paid by the Customer to The Beehive under this Agreement.

Indemnity

The Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless The Beehive, its affiliates, employees and agents from and against all claims and expense, including indemnification of legal costs on a full indemnity basis arising out of the Customer's use of The Beehive's online services. This indemnification also covers the Customer's breach of alleged breach of any terms in this Agreement.

The contents of this website provide sufficient information about its products and services so that the Customer can make an informed choice on whether or not to engage in the transaction.

Electronic Transactions Act

This Agreement covers the presumptions under the Electronic Transactions Act 1998. The Beehive and Customer agree that the term of sale in electronic form constitutes as a written document and therefore the customer undertakes not to dispute or challenge the validity or enforceability of this term of sale on the grounds that it is not a written document and The Beehive and the customer hereby waive any such right The Beehive may have at law.

Severability

The provisions of this Agreement are intended to be severable. If for any reason the provisions of this Agreement shall be held invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part in any jurisdiction, such provision shall, as to that jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability without in any manner affecting the validity or enforceability thereof in any other jurisdiction or the remaining provisions hereof in any jurisdiction. Reference to other jurisdictions in this clause shall not be construed so as to affect the governing law of this term of sale being the laws of Singapore.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

Amendments to the Terms of Agreement

The Beehive reserves the right to amend the pricing of products and this Agreement at any time without notice.
